GSPANN is hiring a Product Owner with expertise in Production and Logistics. The role focuses on driving global ERP transformation, leveraging scalable out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) capabilities, and owning the product lifecycle across multi-country rollouts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Production and Supply Chain, ensuring a strong and scalable core foundation.
- Collaborate closely with global GPO teams across regions to deliver high-quality solutions for Asia and CEEI markets.
- Drive adoption of smart, scalable, out-of-the-box solutions leveraging Microsoft Modern Operations and Supply Chain capabilities while minimizing customizations.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, influence decision-making, and serve as the subject-matter expert for supply chain modules and digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap definition to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs spanning 15+ countries, thousands of users, and significant business impact.
- Oversee implementation activities, ensuring effective change management, smooth rollouts, and strong user adoption.
- Partner with analytics teams to translate operational and supply chain data into actionable insights and real-time decision support.
Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain ERP implementations, including 3+ years working with D365FO in a global enterprise environment.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Supply Chain (MB-330, MB-335) and Core Finance & Operations (MB-300); Finance certification (MB-310) are an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Production, Maintenance (EAM), and Transportation within D365FO.
- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations covering requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live.
- Apply deep understanding of operational master data and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across global and multicultural teams.
- Operate effectively within matrixed organizations involving multiple product owners and distributed stakeholders.
- Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams effectively.
- Communicate fluently in English; additional European languages are a plus.
