Job Description

Collaborate with development teams to create clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure delivery of business value.
Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve digital experiences.
Continuously engage with stakeholders to refine and adjust the product roadmap based on feedback and changing priorities.
Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Work closely with the engineering team to deliver features and functionalities on time.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the customer journey.
