Product Owner

Job Description:

• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Use Mural, Miro, or similar tools to facilitate visual collaboration, user journey mapping, and story mapping workshops.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized, refined, and ready for development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and journey flows for new features and enhancements.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Conduct regular review sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions align with user needs and business value.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Requirements Must-Have:

• 48 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mural, Miro, or other collaboration tools for journey mapping and story mapping.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven backlog management experience.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with GenAI tools, digital transformation projects, or SaaS-based products.
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) preferred.
