Product Owner – SAP HCM

Experience: 6–9 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the development and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions based on customer and business requirements

.•. Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

• Gather business requirements, create user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria for the development team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, business partners, developers, Scrum Master, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Support SAP HCM transformation and migration projects to newer solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors.
