Product Owner – SAP HCM

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing SAP HCM solutions, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and solutions. The role also involves supporting SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transformation/migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the Product Backlog, including requirement gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product management teams.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.

• Review and accept/reject delivered work based on agreed acceptance criteria.

• Make real-time decisions during development iterations and support Agile delivery.

• Contribute to SAP HCM transformation and migration initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors.

• Support efficient and SLA-bound resolution of incidents and problems.
