We are looking for a Product Owner who ensures that what we commit to customers actually gets built, shipped, and delivered correctly.

You will sit at the center of Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Customers. Your job is to remove ambiguity, structure requirements, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you enjoy writing clear user stories, challenging assumptions, and closing loops, this role is for you.

What You Will Own

You will own the translation of business and customer requirements into executable product work.

From requirement clarity to final validation, you are responsible for delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Stories & Backlog Ownership Write detailed, structured, and testable user stories Define clear acceptance criteria Maintain and prioritize the product backlog Break down large requirements into executable tasks Ensure no ambiguity reaches the engineering team

Clarity is your responsibility.

2. Delivery Coverage & Validation Ensure all committed requirements are covered by development Track feature progress through the development lifecycle Validate completed features against acceptance criteria Coordinate UAT when required Ensure releases align with commitments

Nothing should be shipped without your validation.

3. Customer & Sales Coordination Interact with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs Translate customer conversations into structured product requirements Clarify feasibility with engineering Manage expectation alignment between internal teams and customers Track customer-specific commitments

You are the bridge between what customers want and what we build.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment Work closely with Engineering to clarify edge cases Collaborate with Design where required Ensure dependencies are identified early Reduce back-and-forth cycles

Your goal is to reduce friction and increase execution speed.

What We Expect From You 3 to 6 years experience in Product, Business Analysis, or similar roles Experience writing and managing user stories in a SaaS or product company Strong understanding of Agile workflows Ability to convert vague requirements into structured documentation Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers. Understanding API docs, Design Components etc is required. Strong communication skills High ownership mindset

You should be comfortable asking tough questions and pushing for clarity.

Good to Have Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or LMS platforms Experience working directly with enterprise customers Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar Exposure to product metrics and prioritization frameworks
