Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Leverage hands-on programming expertise inJavaorPythonto engage effectively with engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing front-end experiences usingReact.
  • Apply knowledge ofUI/UX design principlesto enhance user engagement and usability.
  • Work in close alignment with global stakeholders, managing expectations and driving product value.
  • Champion Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
  • UtilizeGitfor version control and efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record as aProduct OwnerorProxy PO.
  • Strong programming background inJavaorPython, with working knowledge offront-end developmentandReact.
  • Solid understanding ofUI/UX designpractices and their application in modern product development.
  • Exceptional communication andstakeholder managementskills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience working in anAgiledevelopment environment.
  • Proficiency inGitand version control workflows.
