Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Technical Product Owner for Infotainment in Automotive Domain
- Automotive Infotainment experience of minimum 10 years in the field of IVI technologies
- Shall have Strong experience as Feature Owner/ Product Owner with Good Technical Background
- Shall have strong Expertise in managing product backlogs and prioritizing customer needs.
- Shall have Activities at Customer Locations like leading the workshop on feature plan/ technical camps/ Delivery workshops.
- Shall have rich Working experience with Scrum and Agile methodology.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, software engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations related to embedded projects.
- Experience with Developing software for Renesas or similar micro controllers.
- Experience in development languages like C, C++, and others
- Experience in development of CAN & Diagnostics , Audio DSP SW etc
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
What you will do:
- Represents the customer, interfaces, and engages the customer (PDTL/Program Manager/PSL/OEM).
- Creates and manages software Feature Implementation Plan with product level plan.
- Creates and maintains the Software Product Backlog.
- Manages external (customer DCRs) and internal change requests through software backlog items.
- Prioritizes and sequences the software backlog items according to product level timing plan.
- Works with systems team, design champion/software architect to create Epics and converts them into stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint along with acceptance criteria.
- Ensures stories are made clear to the scrum team and requirements related impediments are resolved on time in coordination with systems requirements team.
- Negotiates budget requirements/ expectations with the program management in consultation with the Technical Delivery Manager(s).
- Supports Technical Delivery Manager(s) to define lower-level sprint plans in alignment with project level plans.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Cl/CD tools, Configuration Management, and/or experience with installing,
- Experience participating in Scrum/Kanban, Agile workflow methodologies.
- Certified Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master.
