Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 46 years of experience to drive product

development using Agile methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing the

product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product

delivery. Strong hands-on experience with Jira is essential for backlog grooming and sprint tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

Own and manage the product backlog using Jira

Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria

Prioritize backlog based on business value and stakeholder inputs

Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality products

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives

Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of features

Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive improvements

Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

46 years of experience in Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Management roles

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

Hands-on experience with Jira (backlog management, sprint planning, reporting)

Experience in writing user stories and managing product lifecycle

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification

Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools

Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts

Experience working in Agile product-based companies
