We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Owner Hardware Web Experience to join our agile team. As a Product Owner Hardware Web Experience, you will be responsible for managing the Boards and Kits experience on the infineon.com website with significant complexity, risk, and impact. Your primary focus will be on proactively optimizing the developer web experience of these pages to maximize business value and reach departmental goals. You will be gathering and prioritizing stakeholder requirements, interacting with web users to understand customer needs, and leading the development of new web functionalities
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Own the complete end-to-end customer journey on infineon.com (covering web functionalities for products such as evaluation boards, the Evaluation Board Finder tool, and related digital experiences)
- Understand developer needs through data analysis, CX reports and other tools and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Identify changes in user behavior and adapt the web product approach as needed
- Continuously collect and review new requirements from stakeholders (e.g., divisions, marketing, sales, and product teams)
- Coordinate with management to adjust web plans and roadmap as needed
- Lead the development of new web functionalities, including ideation, prototyping, and customer validation, with a focus on user experience and quality assurance
- Manage, refine, and prioritize the web features product backlog continuously
- Accountable for product release, and ensuring product success
- Analyze and evaluate web data to identify optimization opportunities and develop A/B testing plans
- Coordinate stakeholder communication on business goals, market opportunities, and priorities in the web area.
- Collaborate closely with other web owners and central departments (e.g. UX/UI, CX, Analytics, IT)
- Continuously improve process quality and evaluate web progress and user satisfaction
- Monitor new trends and technologies
- Continuously monitor changes in the Infineon competitive environment
- Serve as a resource for less experienced Product Owners Web
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Proven track record as a Product Owner in agile environments, ideally for customer-facing web platforms, portals, or digital tools in high-tech/B2B contexts,
- Significant experience in at least one of the following areas (strongly preferred):
- Prior engineering role at a semiconductor company, with a proven track record of supporting customers to achieve design wins (securing adoption of company products into customer designs and driving them through to production)
- Hands-on development of production-level hardware systems, including board-level design, system integration, validation, and successful transition to volume manufacturing.
- Bonus multiplier: Proven involvement with AI-based acceleration technologies for hardware designsuch as AI-augmented EDA flows, agentic AI for chip optimization, accelerated power/performance analysis, generative AI in design workflows, or AI-powered digital twins/portals that compress design cycles and enable faster hardware innovation.
- MBA from a reputable business school (top-tier preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
