GSPANN is hiring a Product Owner with strong expertise in Finance. The role involves owning product strategy, driving standardized D365FO solutions, and collaborating with global stakeholders across regions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Finance, Procurement, and Reporting, driving the overall finance transformation roadmap.
- Collaborate with global GPO teams across regions to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions for Asia and CEEI markets.
- Promote standardized, scalable, and out-of-the-box D365FO solutions by leveraging Microsoft Modern Finance capabilities and minimizing customizations.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, influence decision-making, and act as the subject matter expert for finance modules and digital innovation.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation activities, from solution design through deployment, change management, and user adoption.
- Partner with analytics teams to convert financial data into actionable insights, enabling real-time reporting and strategic decision-making.
Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Finance ERP implementations, including at least 3 years working on D365FO within a global enterprise environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications such as MB-310 and Core F&O MB-300 is desirable.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Finance ERP implementations with hands-on experience in D365FO Finance and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Collaborate effectively in global, multicultural environments and work seamlessly across regions.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively while inspiring teams and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation, challenge existing approaches, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Apply strong knowledge of global finance processes and financial reporting requirements.
- Execute full ERP lifecycle implementations, covering requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Work effectively within matrixed organizations and culturally diverse global teams.
- Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams efficiently.
