About This Role
We are seeking a talented hybrid Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to join our team in Bangalore India, to drive development and product ownership in our Customer Success Engineering team, a critical component of Omnissa's go-to-market strategy. In this hybrid role, you will work in-office 3 days a week, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive the success of our Go-to-Market ecosystem.

What is the Opportunity:
As a Salesforce Developer and Product Owner for our Customer Success Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring success across our Marketing and Sales organizations by deeply engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing solutions. You will be a subject matter expert for the Customer Succes experience spanning Marketing, Sales, and Support and own the feature backlog and develop solutions the aligns with Omnissa's strategic goals. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential to delivering a robust, user-focused solution. Ideal candidates bring a curious mindset, an engineering background, deep Salesforce.com expertise, and a passion for building impactful internal applications.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the Customer Success systems, ensuring alignment with Go-to-Market team needs.
- Translating stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to drive partner success and system efficiency.
- Developing and deploying features based on the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Communicating effectively with Omnissa Go-to-Market and Service teams to understand their needs and ensure our Customer Success systems supports their success.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Customer Success system, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What will you bring to Omnissa
- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, with a strong track record of delivering internal applications for Back Office or Front Office IT systems.
- Experience developing and deploying Salesforce capabilities (APEX)
- A strong engineering background and craft is required, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to deeply engage with stakeholders to uncover key requirements, create prototypes, and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role in Bangalore India with 3 days per week in-office.
Location: Bangalore India
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
