We're building fast-moving consumer brands across kids creative play and lifestyle accessories.
This role is for someone who doesn't just design products, but takes them from idea to market.
What you'll actually do
Take rough ideas and turn them into real, sellable products
Research global products, trends, and formats (Amazon, Pinterest, China, retail brands)
Define:
product structure (what goes in, what doesn't)
pricing targets and cost breakdowns
packaging direction
Work with:
vendors and manufacturers
freelance designers / illustrators
Drive:
sampling iteration final product
Manage a pipeline of launches, not just one product
What this role is NOT
Not a pure design role
Not a wait for brief role
Not limited to CAD, Figma, or aesthetics
You will be expected to figure things out without perfect inputs
What we're looking for
Experience in D2C / consumer brands / sourcing / early-stage startups
Strong product taste + commercial thinking
Ability to balance creativity, cost & speed
Comfortable working in ambiguity
High ownership. You push things forward without being chased
