Role & Responsibilities

• Work as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with end-to-end responsibility across projects.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive solution design and functional specifications for business processes.
• Provide expertise in the Cards Domain, including primary banking and payments systems.
• Participate in the complete SDLC, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution to ensure quality deliverables.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in Cards (primary) and Banking & Payments (secondary).
• Functional Business Analyst with complete SDLC experience.
