Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with business partners to gather and document system requirements, ensuring that our technology solutions align with their needs. As a key member of an Agile team, you will collaborate with developers and testers to guide the design and implementation of system enhancements. Your ability to review completed work and effectively demo solutions to business partners is crucial for ensuring their expectations are met. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential as you coordinate efforts across various stakeholders.

They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Requirements

English Proficiency

  • Minimum Required: Fluent
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
  • Experience as a Product Owner.

Stakeholders Communication & Alignment

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions that impact the team.

Prioritization Skills

  • Competence in prioritizing work items to support business objectives and enabling teams to adapt to changes in goals.

Other Critical Skills

  • Demo/ Presentation Skills - Intermediate
  • Written Communication/ Requirements - Advanced
  • Preferred experience in Business Insurance, Commercial Multi-Peril Product.

Software/ Tool Skills

  • Office Suite - Entry Level
  • Rally (or similar tools such as JIRA) - Entry Level
