Own and manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and communicating the product vision to the Scrum team and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and scope.
Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure they align with the overarching product goals and strategic roadmap.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the Product Roadmap and long-term vision.

Lead and facilitate customer journey mapping workshops to thoroughly analyze and document end-to-end user experiences, identifying pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for digital enhancement.
Journey Mapping Mastery: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in leading, designing, and utilizing customer journey maps and service blueprints to drive product strategy.
