- Serve as the functional and disciplinary leader for BIM Modelers and BIM Lead Modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Team Management to achievement of high standards in quality, productivity, and efficiency, driving continuous initiatives to enhance performance within both the team and the broader Hilti's Global Modeling Community.
- Ensure the effective delivery of modeling services across a diverse range of project types, including but not limited to Fast Volume Lane (FVL), High Volume Lane (HVL), Cross and Regional European Large projects, maintaining alignment with Hilti's Global Strategy.

Disciplinary lead
- Recruit and onboard new members in assigned sub-team Modeling in alignment w/ superior and TL peers.
- Establish team and individual performance targets, regularly monitoring progress and providing guidance to ensure that both team objectives and personal goals are met effectively.
- Facilitate the personal and professional growth of team members through regular one-on-one conversations and development discussions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
Functional lead
- Deliver exceptional expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) by guiding the team through complex challenges and adeptly leveraging all pertinent Hilti manuals and standards.
- Drive the team to optimize the utilization of existing scripts and productivity tools, ensuring the automation of tasks within the defined scope of delivery.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate KPIs related to modeling output, speed, and quality to establish a baseline for effective performance management. And Provide team members with Relevant Feedback.
- Identify opportunities for automation, collaborate with relevant teams to develop scalable scripts and tools.
- Facilitate collaboration across various organizational units to enhance service development and optimize service delivery for diverse Hilti offerings.
- Foster a vibrant global community of modeling professionals by establishing collaborative networks, orchestrating BLM masterclasses and standardizing Hilti's modeling methodologies across all regions.
Team Service Delivery
- Participate in weekly resource planning allocation meetings with PMs and TLs to consolidate project planning for projects in scope.
- Facilitate team meetings, creating an inclusive platform for members to address relevant topics.
- Lead the Modeling team by addressing team issues and future strategy in steering meetings and informing fellow TLs of developments across various topics.
- Consolidate and project a mid-term rolling forecast for the demand of required modeling resources based on the Project Pipeline and review sessions with the Project Management team.
- Ensure compliance with the established workflow scheme and quality processes.
Teamwork and personal development
- Strong participation in developing yourself and others as part of a Center of Competence within Hilti.
- Establish excellent working relationships with fellow members of the BIM Competence Center and functional counterparts in HAG and Regions to receive all relevant inputs for tasks above.
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in architecture, Civil- or Structural- Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience in modelling and complex project workflow
- Team lead experience as a strong plus
- Versatility in scripting with analytical skills which tasks qualify for automation
- Strong workflow compliance to secure scale and workflow reliability
- Fluent in English (C1), all other languages are a strong plus
- Efficient oral and written communicator
Functional Expertise
- Excellent in modelling and information processing (core of BIM)
- Strong understanding of BIM workflow and mindset for scale and compliance
- Analytical skill and competence to automate repetitive, scalable task

- Savvy how to increase performance on small-cap projects and less complex scope
