About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Intern to support the day-to-day functioning of our tech team and assist in process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on experience in managing internal operations, collaborating with tech teams, and contributing to efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings with the tech team.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Understand and document client requirements through clear and effective communication.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable items.
- Track and follow up on task progress, deadlines, and blockers using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain internal documentation, reports, and status dashboards.
- Support implementation of SOPs and process standardization across teams.
- Assist in creating reports on key operational and project metrics.
- Get familiar with the basics of product management and contribute to product planning discussions.
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Ability to clearly understand, gather, and document client requirements.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how they work in a tech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with mobile and admin (web) applications and their workflows.
- Interest or basic knowledge in Product Management is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
