Product Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and support activities related to product planning across various stages of the product lifecycle.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously assess competitive products and industry trends to identify potential feature opportunities and threats.
Feature Development & Proposal: Collaborate with external vendors to propose and implement new product features based on market needs and technological trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and other departments to facilitate smooth development and rollout of new product features.
Customer-Centric Insight Gathering: Analyze consumer preferences and feature trends to identify customer requirements and feed into product planning.
R&D Support: Work closely with the R&D team on model and parts development, including homologation and regulatory compliance activities.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports covering key metrics, product performance, and project status.
Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis, competition benchmarking, and business objectives.
Product Launch Support: Collaborate with Marketing, After-Sales, and other departments to support the successful launch of new products and features.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/ MBA
36 years of experience in product management, product operations, or related functions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of market analysis and product pricing strategies is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is desirable.
