Product Operations Manager

We are scaling at incredible speed and transforming one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to support specific product domains by improving execution, alignment, and operational clarity across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will work closely WITH_REPLACED Product Managers, Engineering, and operational stakeholders to solve concrete problems, streamline delivery, and ensure products are launched and operated effectively. This role requires strong execution skills, structured problem-solving, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

  • Partner WITH_REPLACED Product Managers within assigned product domains to support planning, execution, and decision-making.
  • Use data, research, and operational insights to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and support informed decisions.
  • Coordinate across Support, Finance, Business & Partner Operations, Compliance, Infosec, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Own product launch readiness, including checklists, stakeholder coordination, and internal/external communications.
  • Capture, triage, and synthesise bugs, operational issues, and customer feedback, ensuring clear documentation and routing.
  • Support growth and adoption initiatives in partnership WITH_REPLACED Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Define, document, and improve product operations processes related to planning, delivery, and releases.
  • Support recurring product rituals such as roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive practical improvements.
