Managing tools (for road-mapping, prototyping, etc.) that the product team uses

In charge of maintaining and updating documentation on processes, guidelines, and other critical materials which outline

Resolving day to day customer issues arising in product and being the first point of contact that relays issues to respective teams

Closure of all Risk, Compliance and Audit points with in the cut off time

Key Skills Required- Strong Communication Skills, Knowledge of SQL, Data Analysis, Documentation
