Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding initiatives, conducting product walkthroughs, and overseeing account setup to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, proactively addressing issues, providing strategic guidance, and escalating critical matters as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature launches, gather actionable feedback, and support pilot programs and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee CRM management, ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and supervising subscriptions and renewals.
- Develop and execute client retention strategies, including regular check-ins, business reviews, and identification of growth and upsell opportunities.
