| KRA3 | Post Sales Application Monitoring | .To monitor Levelplast application post sales. .To ensure all Levelplast application is done as per company prescribed procedure and to train applicators for correct application in case required. .Resolve any customer complaint in timely manner. .Create a positive customer experience post sales targeting word of mouth publicity of product. .Meet the builders post application to capture feedback, share it internally and improve processes if required. |
| KRA4 | Coordination with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Branding etc. | .Act as a central coordinator for Levelplast and Repair Mortar products. .To coordinate with various departments for timely delivery of tasks/ actions/ product availability/ branding material availability to the Sales team. |
