Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Product Merchandiser, specialising in Home & Lifestyle products. The Product Merchandiser will be responsible for vendor management, managing product lifecycles, analyzing consumer trends and sales data, and ensuring inventory optimization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development & overseeing merchandising layouts, and supporting sales initiatives via merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with vendors, teams and present strategies effectively.
• Experience in Product Management, including knowledge of production vendors, product lifecycles and inventory control.
• 5-7 years experience in home & lifestyle product retail, ideally in the premium & luxury segment.
• Familiarity with MS-excel & powerpoint
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
