As a Product Marketing Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales operation, owning order accuracy, data integrity, and day-to-day execution that keeps revenue moving. Insight on your impact:

  • Own the creation, management, and maintenance of sales orders, quotes, and intercompany orders
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, products are allocated, and inventory is tracked
  • Support smooth sales execution by organizing purchase orders, invoices, confirmations, and tracking information
  • Maintain and build critical sales and inventory databases to enable efficient operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and other departments to meet business objectives
  • Provide strategic sales support by managing data, reporting, and operational intelligence
  • Improve efficiency by leveraging Excel tools, macros, and process improvements

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Strong experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service support
  • High attention to detail with consistent follow-through
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data management and process optimization
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret sales and inventory data
