About the role:

The product marketing specialist role is at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customers. As part of a team, you will:

  • Define positioning and messaging
  • Work with multiple teams to arrive at the right marketing plans
  • Play an integral role in executing go-to-market strategy
  • Ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns (paid and organic) using the right channels.
  • Enable sales teams with tools and content to sell better and faster
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally

Key Responsibilities:

Market and competitive intelligence

  • Understand and monitor the markets in which Zoho Finance products compete.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Translate insights into actionable positioning.

Product positioning and GTM

  • Work with Product Management, Development, Support, Sales and Design on overall product positioning.
  • Execute GTM strategies for product launches.
  • Work alongside regional teams to implement GTM plans and increase product adoption.
  • Localize GTM initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, demos, case studies, and FAQs.
  • Ideate and execute innovative ways to help sales sell more effectively.
  • Support sales teams with relevant messaging and tools to improve conversions and sales velocity.

Campaign management

  • Ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns (paid and organic) using the right channels.
  • Measure ROI and impact of each campaign, and optimize continuously.

Customer marketing

  • Drive customer engagements through events, webinars and other campaigns.
  • Create and distribute customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Increase product usage through targeted activities.

Lead nurturing

  • Implement effective lead nurturing processes.
  • Experiment with approaches and monitor performance frequently.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing.
  • Proven experience in product marketing and GTM execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
