Role Overview

We are looking for a role in Product Marketing who sits at the intersection of consumer, product, and growth — shaping what we build and how we take it to market.

This role is responsible for translating deep consumer understanding into product concepts, value propositions, and compelling narratives. You will work closely with Product Managers to shape

features and experiences, and lead end-to-end GTM — from positioning and launch to adoption,

scaling, and sustained usage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consumer Insight & Product Thinking

  • Decode user behaviour, funnels, research, and category patterns to uncover actionable insights.
  • Translate insights into product opportunities, problem statements, and hypotheses.
  • Represent the voice of the consumer in product discussions and roadmap decisions.

2. Product Partnership & Value Proposition

  • Work closely with Product Managers across discovery, definition, and validation.
  • Shape clear value propositions, feature positioning, and product narratives.
  • Ensure products are built with strong consumer resonance and clarity.

3. Product Story & Communication

  • Convert features into simple, compelling consumer-facing concepts.
  • Define the product story — what it is, why it matters, and how it is experienced.
  • Own naming, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines across touchpoints.

4. GTM, Adoption & Scaling

  • Own GTM end-to-end — segmentation, positioning, channels, messaging, and rollout.
  • Partner with growth, brand, CRM, and design teams to drive launches and adoption.
  • Build sustained usage loops through lifecycle, in-app journeys, and habit-building interventions.
  • Continuously optimise through experiments, data, and iteration.

What You'll Need

  • 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Consumer Insights / Category Marketing.
  • Strong ability to operate at the intersection of consumer insight, product, and GTM.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose behaviour and funnel gaps.
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end GTM and product adoption.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and structured thinking.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous product environments.
  • Ability to operate as an IC, with scope to build a team as the charter scales.
