We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing & Presales Specialist to drive our go-to-market strategy and support sales initiatives through innovative content creation, including marketing content creation, video creation and inside sales. Role & Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing & Presales Specialist at Azodha, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and client needs, supporting sales initiatives through comprehensive documentation, engaging presentations, targeted marketing campaigns, and innovative video content creation. You will work closely with the founder/CEO to refine our market positioning, drive product go to market, and grow with a strong cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create compelling video scripts and product demonstration videos that showcase our healthcare solutions and company culture
Author comprehensive product collaterals, including training guides, technical integrations, and release notes for web and mobile platforms
Develop user guides for modules like Meeting Room Queue Management, Appointment Sorting, Tele-Guide Chat Interface, and Wearable Technical Integration
Create process documentation such as Clinic Configuration Testing Guides and Change Request Documents
Design and prepare compelling demo decks tailored to prospect needs, enhancing product presentations
Collaborate with sales and product teams to showcase patient care journeys, AI solutions, and digital healthcare offerings
Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns for major industry conferences
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to source contacts and personalize outreach
Maintain campaign trackers, draft outreach emails, and execute campaigns through Hubspot
Develop engaging marketing materials, including LinkedIn posts, brochures, case studies, and website content
Design visual assets using Figma for event invitations, partnership materials, and digital campaigns
Conduct market research on Value-Based Care Models, Home Care, Digital Health and Triage Processes
Perform TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and competitor research to support sales strategies
Assist in crafting content for RFP responses and personalized client outreach
Work closely with the CEO and teams across marketing, sales, product development, QA, and design
Provide research and campaign support, contributing to website redesigns and marketing initiatives
Engage in problem-solving and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, content creation, or a related client-facing role
Knowledge of US healthcare, industry trends and digital transformation initiatives
Experience in healthcare technology or digital health solutions
Experience with video creation / editing (tools like veed.io, loom ,Canva etc)
Proficiency in sales and marketing tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
Strong documentation and presentation skills with experience in tools like Figma and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, research, and analytical abilities
Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with content management systems and digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer journey mapping
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with animation and motion graphics software (After Effects, Motion, or similar)
Familiarity with video hosting platforms and social media video optimization
Contributions to thought leadership content and industry publications
