Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Zintlr, you will own the full marketing engine that drives awareness, demand generation, and lifecycle growth. You will manage CRM operations, execute demand generation campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and support the sales team with the right positioning and collateral.

Responsibilities

Own Zintlr's CRM (HubSpot), ensuring database hygiene, lead scoring, and automated workflows that move users from sign-up to active user to customer.

Architect lifecycle journeys and nurture sequences that convert new signups through structured communication and automated marketing workflows.

Draft and deploy marketing updates, product newsletters, and re-engagement campaigns for existing users and customers.

Own the strategy and execution of demand generation across email marketing, LinkedIn ads, and social media campaigns.

Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and overall marketing ROI.

Lead the planning and execution of event marketing including trade shows, booth strategy, marketing collateral, and lead capture operations.

Design booth engagement strategies and post-event follow-up systems to convert event interactions into qualified meetings.

Oversee Zintlr's brand visibility by managing social media presence, PR, and thought leadership content.

Direct the creative team to produce high-signal content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry blogs.

Manage Zintlr's landing pages, website messaging, and SEO-related metrics to improve traffic quality and engagement.

Equip the sales team with battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies derived from customer insights and product positioning.

Build and manage the marketing dashboard, tracking CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Build and manage the marketing team while tracking productivity, efficiency metrics, and marketing performance.

Qualifications

58 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI companies with strong exposure to product marketing or demand generation.

Proven ability to own CRM systems and execute lifecycle marketing workflows rather than only managing strategy.

Expert proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and similar marketing tools.

Strong familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, and similar platforms.

Proven ability to manage high-intensity marketing launches or cleanup phases while maintaining daily lead flow.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Experience building and managing high-performance marketing teams.
