Vymo is pivoting. We are no longer just an enterprise SaaS product company. We are becoming a Technology Transformation Partner — one that identifies large, structural problems in Indian BFSI, designs agentic-first solutions to solve them at scale, and takes accountability for the outcomes.

This role makes that pivot legible to the market, prospects, clients, and prospective talent. You will work directly with the VP of GTM & Revenue to define how Vymo shows up in the world: what we stand for, what problems we solve, what story we tell, and how that story lands differently at a CIO briefing versus a collections ops floor. It is a thinking job that produces tangible output — messaging frameworks, sales narratives, market intelligence, and enablement that actually changes how the sales team sells.

You are the person who sits between the market, the product, and the sales team — and makes sure all three are speaking the same language. At a company that is actively redefining its own category, that is one of the most leveraged roles in the organisation.

What You Will Do

1. Define and Own the Transformation Narrative

  • Build and continuously iterate Vymo's positioning as a Technology Transformation Partner
  • Develop a sharp perspective on agentic AI that speaks directly to the needs of Business Heads, CIOs, and CFOs.
  • Own the complete messaging architecture across company narrative, product positioning, and specific verticals like collections, sales productivity, and insurance distribution
  • Ensure messaging evolves in real time as the market evolves when RBI policies change, market dynamics shift, or client deployments deliver new data.

2. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Maintain a live, structured view of the global and Indian agentic AI market to directly guide product decisions and positioning.
  • Track horizontal peers like Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Copilot to highlight Vymo's defensible right to win through native, frontline BFSI workflow ownership.
  • Capture raw buyer language through ongoing customer interviews, and integrate these insights continuously into GTM, product, and sales routines.

3. Sales Enablement — The Practical Kind

  • Build a 30-day sales toolkit with value guides, objection playbooks, and battlecards.
  • Translate complex AI ideas into simple language so reps can run C-level calls alone.
  • Create narrative ROI frameworks that help sales reps build customized, high-conviction business cases quickly.
  • Run regular win/loss reviews, messaging workshops, and competitive drills while tracking content usage to improve winning assets and drop what fails.

4. Content That Builds Credibility, Not Just Awareness

  • Own the outbound editorial calendar across articles, CXO briefings, LinkedIn, and keynotes. Publish only high-value content that teaches senior bankers something new.
  • Capture precise operational metrics during deployment. Write case studies that convince skeptical CFOs to invest.
  • Lead messaging for the website and brand relaunch. Ensure the transition to an agentic transformation partner is clear, credible, and consistent.
  • Represent Vymo as a thought leader at BFSI forums, CXO roundtables, and analyst briefings. Drive the narrative as an expert speaker rather than a standard sponsor.

5. GTM Strategy & Iteration

  • Partner with the VP GTM to build and refine Vymo's GTM playbook. Define the ICP, prioritize target segments, tier account entry points, and map the enterprise expansion story.
  • Design and run structured messaging tests across email subjects, problem framings, and buyer personas. Track open rates, response data, and lost interest to refine conversion paths.
  • Build a live feedback loop connecting sales call insights to messaging updates. Rapidly adjust pitch decks and battle cards based on recurring objections, winning buyer language, and failed assumptions.
  • Lead end-to-end launch motions for all new products and features. Direct positioning, naming, pricing narratives, launch assets, and full sales enablement to ensure complete field readiness.

What We're Looking For

Experience and Fluency

  • Experience & Ownership: Bring 6–12 years in SaaS product marketing or GTM strategy, with proven ownership of complex B2B product positioning.
  • Sales Leadership Partnership: Partner directly with senior sales leaders as a strategic peer to shape GTM strategy and drive enablement.
  • BFSI Domain Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of buying behaviors and technology procurement across banks, NBFCs, and insurers.
  • Category Building Instincts: Bring hands-on experience defining or shifting product categories with the drive to build new frameworks from scratch.

Mindset & Core Traits

  • Strategic Mindset & Clear Voice: Formulate and defend sharp positioning theses, producing opinionated content that rejects vague marketing language.
  • Ambiguity & Category Creation: Navigate market pivots comfortably by building strategic frameworks from scratch as new categories emerge.
  • Market Curiosity & Sales Empathy: Stay deeply informed on BFSI, AI, and regulatory updates while creating practical tools designed specifically for CXO sales conversations.
  • AI-Native Workflow: Integrate agentic AI tools into daily operations naturally to drive efficiency and strategic execution.
