Power the Future of Product Marketing & Why This Role Matters
Join us as a Product Marketing Manager – Analyst Relations, Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence and help shape Sirion's positioning in the fast-evolving AI-powered SaaS landscape. In this role, you will drive Sirion's external analyst engagement strategy while enabling internal product, sales, and marketing teams with actionable market and competitive insights. You will work at the intersection of strategic storytelling, competitive positioning, and market intelligence, ensuring Sirion continues to strengthen its leadership in the CLM category.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead Analyst Relations — Build and maintain strong relationships with key analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters, and niche CLM/procurement technology firms.
- Manage Analyst Evaluations — Own and program-manage participation in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and other major analyst evaluations.
- Drive Market Intelligence — Monitor analyst research, market trends, buyer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to produce actionable business insights.
- Strengthen Competitive Positioning — Develop battlecards, competitive dossiers, win/loss analyses, and positioning frameworks to support Sales and Product Marketing.
- Enable Go-to-Market Success — Translate analyst and competitive insights into messaging, product positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
- Support Strategic Decision-Making — Deliver market intelligence dashboards, category evolution tracking, and executive-ready insights to leadership teams.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, PR, and Customer Success teams to align analyst narratives and competitive messaging.
- Coach Leadership Teams — Prepare executives and spokespeople for analyst briefings, demos, inquiries, and strategic advisory sessions.
- Drive Competitive Awareness — Continuously track competitor launches, pricing signals, partnerships, funding activity, and market positioning.
- Enhance Sales Readiness — Conduct regular competitive briefings and create objection-handling frameworks for live customer deals.
Experience
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
5–8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Communications, or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Core Expertise
- Strong experience managing analyst evaluations such as Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, or similar programs.
- Expertise in developing competitive intelligence assets including battlecards, win/loss analyses, and competitive positioning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, CLM, legal tech, procurement technology, or AI-driven platforms.
- Ability to translate market trends and analyst insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-ready content and analyst briefing materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong-to-Have
- Hands-on experience engaging with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar analyst firms.
- Understanding of AI/ML trends in enterprise software and AI-native product positioning.
- Experience with AR and CI tools such as ARInsights ARchitect, Klue, Crayon, or Kompyte.
- Experience working on strategic positioning initiatives that improved analyst rankings or market perception.
- Budget management and analyst contract negotiation experience.
Nice-to-Have
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Background in contract management, procurement, supply chain, or legal technology domains.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders across the US and Europe.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days:
- Build understanding of ongoing analyst relationships, evaluation cycles, and competitive positioning efforts.
- Conduct an audit of existing competitive intelligence assets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish regular analyst engagement and internal intelligence-sharing cadences.
- Deliver initial market and competitive intelligence updates for key stakeholders.
In The First Year
- Successfully manage major analyst evaluation cycles and strengthen Sirion's market positioning.
- Build and maintain a robust competitive intelligence repository for key competitors.
- Establish a structured and scalable win/loss analysis program.
- Create a strong quarterly analyst engagement framework with Tier-1 analyst firms.
- Contribute strategic market and analyst insights that influence product roadmap and positioning decisions.
