Job Description

About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager for the ERP Business Unit at Ramco Systems, your primary goal will be to help the Business Unit achieve its revenue objectives through qualified lead generation, new pipeline creation & measurable business impact. You will shape and accelerate the global GTM framework for Ramco's next-generation, AI-infused cloud ERP platform serving mid-to-large enterprises globally.

You will play a critical role in driving awareness, thought leadership, demand generation & pipeline acceleration across key markets and industries. This role requires deep collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Presales, Corporate Marketing, Alliances & Regional teams to strengthen Ramco's market positioning and accelerate business growth.

What You'll Own

Lead Generation & New Pipeline Creation in CRM

  • Own and drive marketing-led pipeline creation across target industries, accounts and geographies.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs and Regional Marketing to improve qualified lead flow and increase Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, webinars, events, partnerships and outbound initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Track and report on campaign contribution to pipeline, SQLs, opportunity acceleration and overall business impact.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and own the ERP product narrative, from core ICP messaging to industry-specific value propositions for Manufacturing, Logistics and Process Industries.
  • Translate complex ERP capabilities into crisp, buyer-focused messaging for CIOs, CFOs and operational leaders.
  • Partner with Product, Sales and Presales teams to align roadmap priorities with market-facing GTM strategies.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated GTM campaigns including product launches, feature rollouts, vertical campaigns and competitive takeout programs.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing on paid, organic and partner-led campaigns while tracking ROI and business outcomes.
  • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic enterprise accounts.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Enablement

  • Fuel analyst-facing programs (Gartner, IDC, Forrester) to advance Ramco's standing in major industry evaluation frameworks.
  • Cultivate mindshare among sourcing advisors, technology consultancies and regional ERP implementation networks.
  • Produce competitive playbooks, battle cards and feature-level comparisons to support Sales and Presales in competitive deals.
  • Build solution pitch decks, business case tools, case studies, whitepapers and customer-facing web content.

Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Support PR, influencer outreach, executive communication and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Work with alliances, ecosystem partners and associations to expand reach and market visibility.
  • Build customer advocacy stories, testimonials and success narratives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing or Enterprise Software Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms, enterprise business processes and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience driving GTM campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
  • Experience working across global enterprise sales cycles and complex B2B buying environments.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Information Technology preferred.
