Product Marketing
- Management & ownership of marketing collaterals for all products
- Support and Liaison with product teams for taking brief on new Product Launches
- Support with creation, modification of Launch Collaterals in print, digital format such as brochure, leaflets, poster, banner, standee, pitches, product videos, email, SMS, GIF etc. with the help of third-party vendors for public and private circulation.
- Liaison with stakeholders such as product and compliance to incorporate necessary feedback on all content for launch to sales and relevant parties.
- End to End substantivizing product related content in required format to stakeholders starting for creation from scratch, incorporating feedback and take approvals and final delivery.
- Support includes creation, modification of content for new product launch, updating of existing product collaterals, co-branding of product content with corporate agents, Product Videos.
- Manage Product Folder containing content of various products and their respective versions
- Management of advertisement on compliance tool (AMS) and submission of register containing list of active/inactive entries monthly.
Customer Life-Cycle Management
- Management of promotional communication sent to existing customers monthly basis respective calendar.
- Management of third-party panel used to send communication via email/SMS/IVR etc. to customer manually and automatically.
- Creation of content such as email/SMS/IVR basis calendar and requirements from stakeholders and deploying them post taking relevant approvals.
- Creation and monitoring of API triggered automated communication sent to customers on behalf of internal stakeholders, monitoring and sharing of reports.
- Creation of campaigns to increase engagement amongst customers to increase brand affinity and keep customers updated on latest from the organization.
- Liaison with IT team for data extraction, API setup etc. and support with requirements from internal stakeholders to setup manual and automatic communication through panel.
- Submission of monthly communication calendar to distribution and other stakeholders.
- Deploying campaigns through Netcore or any other communication platform
Marketing Operations
- Creation of monthly provision incurred by vendors to be forwarded to Finance.
- Management of UIN updation panel on AMS tool to update existing, discard and launch new UIN for products respectively basis product inputs.
- Managing invoices for product marketing and CLM
