Product Marketing Manager

Drive product marketing strategy, portfolio growth, product positioning, pricing, market intelligence, and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Drive product positioning, pricing, promotion schemes, and demand generation activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Product Development, Registration, and Marketing teams for product launches and portfolio expansion.
• Develop communication materials, promotional campaigns, and product training programs.
• Track product performance, sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing ROI through MIS and dashboards.
• Gather customer and channel feedback to improve product adoption and market penetration.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture with MBA in Marketing/Business Management.
• 6-10 years of experience in Agri Input Product Marketing/Product Management.
