Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to derive actionable insights.
- Plan and execute trade-focused marketing campaigns, schemes, and collateral.
- Collaborate with Sales Officers and distributors to enhance SKU performance and channel engagement.
- Support new product development and pipeline strategy in coordination with R&D and regulatory teams.
- Conduct field visits to capture market feedback, competitor insights, and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Goals:
- Achieve minimum QME of 2 Cr/month per SKU and maintain top 10 category positions.
- Support SO productivity and market expansion in trade channels.
- Drive market share growth in target therapy segments.
Requirements:
- B.Pharm/B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing preferred)
- 47 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2+ years in trade generics or generics pharma
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with channel marketing experience
