Product Marketing Manager (Product Marketer) - 3 to 7 years
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with 3 - 7 years of experience to join our team. As a PMM, you will play a crucial role in taking our technology product (SaaS) to the target markets. Your responsibilities will include market research, crafting compelling product narratives, running marketing campaigns, optimizing sales funnels, and driving revenue. You will work at the intersection of our marketing, product, and business teams to ensure the success of our product in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for target markets based on in-depth market research.
- Craft captivating product narratives and take ownership of end-to-end communication.
- Execute PMM campaigns and projects aligned with defined marketing objectives.
- Own the entire funnel metrics, including acquisitions, activation/adoption, retention, and revenue across various channels.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to create campaigns and collateral that generate leads and optimize sales funnels.
- Monitor customers product usage, identify untapped opportunities, and refine buyer personas using data-driven insights.
- Generate highly engaging ideas to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and offerings.
- Maintain performance data, reports, and insights on a regular basis, leveraging a data-driven approach.
- Act as an evangelist for illumine.app, representing the company at events and contributing thought-provoking articles.
What We Expect:
- 3 - 7 years of experience as a product marketing professional.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
- Proven success in running impactful product marketing campaigns.
- Subject matter expertise in SaaS and previous experience with B2B SaaS startups.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from performance data and KPIs.
- Proficiency with email, automation, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
- Past experience in inbound content creation is a plus.
