About the role
We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Managerto own and scale our paid acquisition engine across app and web, managing multicrore monthly ad spend efficiently while leading a team of junior marketers.
What you'll own
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and other channels to hit CAC, ROAS, and payback targets.
- Manage and scale2 Cr+ monthly digital marketing budgetswith clear guardrails and unit economics discipline.
- Lead and mentor ateam of 10 junior performance marketing and campaign operations resources, setting priorities and reviewing execution quality.
- Build and iterate full-funnel strategies forapp(installs activation transaction) andweb(click signup transaction).
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to align campaigns with user journeys, onboarding flows, and key feature launches.
- Work closely with Marketing Data/Analytics to build dashboards, deep dives, and cohort analyses that inform budget allocation.
- Maintain channel hygiene, tracking, and attribution across platforms (GA4/Mixpanel/AppsFlyer/Adjust, etc.).
- Stay on top of platform changes (algorithms, policies, formats) and proactively test new betas/features.
Musthave experience
- Performance product marketing experience at a productled companyOR at adigital marketing agency managing productbased clients.
- Proven ownership of 2 Cr+ monthly digital marketing spendacross multiple paid channels, with clear performance outcomes.
- Handson experience targeting US customers(time zones, creatives, compliance, cultural context).
- Managed and developed a team of at least 810 junior marketers/analysts.
- 58 years in performance marketing/growth forUSfocused digital products; fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Direct experience with at least two major platforms (Google + Meta minimum), including scaling and optimization.
- Strong grasp of attribution, cohorts, funnels, and core metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and working closely with data/BI teams; basic SQL is a plus
