FlytBase is a Physical AI software platform enabling autonomous drone and robotics operations for enterprises worldwide. Our platform powers mission-critical workflows across security, inspections, and industrial automation using cloud-native and AI-driven systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for FlytBase's autonomous drone software platform. This role works closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, revenue, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to influence product and marketing strategy
  • Create product marketing assets including pitch decks, product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and website content
  • Enable the Sales team with sales playbooks, battle cards, demos, and training materials
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits
  • Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, success stories, and reference programs
  • Track and analyze product marketing KPIs and continuously optimize messaging and campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, GTM strategy, and buyer personas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, robotics, drones, or industrial technology
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
  • Exposure to global markets and enterprise customers
