Role Overview

This role exists because Product Marketing at Facilio is now entering a compounding stage.

Facilio's flagship product, Connected CMMS has crossed an inflection point:

  • 70+ enterprise customers
  • a strong, differentiated positioning
  • presence across multiple regions and verticals
  • expanding complexity across sales motions, buyer personas, and GTM paths

At this stage, Product Marketing is no longer about getting the product off the ground. It's about building the systems that allow it to scale repeatedly, predictably, and globally.

This role is for a Product Marketer who is energized by that challenge.

The Mandate: Build Leverage, Not Just Launches

We're looking for a PMM leader who can take end-to-end ownership of a product and think like a GM through the lens of growth, clarity, and compounding advantage.

Your job is to design the playbook that enables Sales, Demand Gen, and BDR/SDR teams to execute with speed and confidence.

That means:

  • spotting patterns across regions and verticals,
  • building GTM frameworks that scale beyond individual deals,
  • creating flywheels where insight in one market strengthens execution in another.

What You'll Own

Phase 1: Build the Foundation (First 2 Quarters)

Your immediate priority is to own the product end-to-end as a PMM using AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

You will:

  • Own Connected CMMS GTM across regions, verticals, and sales motions.
  • Maintain a birds-eye view across multiple GTM threads, ensuring one coherent strategy with contextual execution.
  • Translate Facilio's differentiated positioning into repeatable GTM motions for priority markets.
  • Create cross-pollination loops where insights from one market improve execution in others.
  • Set up PMM operating rhythms: documentation, enablement cadence, feedback loops, success metrics all with AI embedded to:
  • synthesize customer, deal, and market signals,
  • accelerate pattern recognition,
  • reduce manual overhead without compromising judgment.
  • Personally drive execution using internal and external resources.

This phase is about building leverage early.

Phase 2: Scale Through People, Systems, and AI (Post-Foundation)

Once the model proves itself, the role expands from execution to multiplying impact.

You will:

  • Help hire and grow a team of early- to mid-career PMMs.
  • Codify learnings from Phase 1 into AI-enabled playbooks, frameworks, and PMM standards.
  • Continuously evolve PMM operating systems so they scale with the business not break under it.
  • Operate as a second-line leader trusted with deeper ownership of a product and its GTM trajectory.

This phase is about scaling clarity, speed, and judgment together.

AI and the Next Phase of CMMS Maturity

Facilio's product trajectory will increasingly be shaped by how intelligently AI is applied to operations, maintenance, and decision-making.

Your role is to help Facilio lead the market narrative on how AI transforms enterprise maintenance.

You will:

  • Partner with Product to define and position Facilio's AI capabilities in the CMMS & Connected Operations market.
  • Shape how the market understands the shift from reactive, rules-based CMMS to predictive, intelligent, outcome-driven systems.
  • Ensure AI narratives stay grounded in real customer value credibility over hype.

This isn't just about launching AI features. It's about framing the future of the category.

Who This Role Is For

Someone who:

  • Has 6-8+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally at a company moving from early traction to multi-region scale.
  • Has owned GTM for a complex product across multiple markets or segments.
  • Thinks in terms of systems, leverage, and second-order effects.
  • Is comfortable with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Wants to grow into a second-line leader a true partner to leadership, not just an execution owner.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms is valuable, but the ability to see patterns and build scalable motions matters more.

  • Clear, repeatable GTM motions for Connected CMMS across priority regions.
  • Sales and regional teams operating with more autonomy and consistency.
  • Faster ramp in new markets because playbooks already exist.
