Job Description

Job Description You'll own the end-to-end user lifecycle for our consumer app - from GTM launches to cohort-based retention programs. Your output will be data-driven lifecycle campaigns, compelling product messaging, and user engagement programs that maximize LTV, reduce churn, drive feature adoption, and turn users into loyal advocates for the Delhivery Direct app. If you're analytical, user-centric, and love turning insights into action through experimentation and iteration, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Own cohort-based engagement, retention, and reactivation programs for active, transacting, dormant, and churned users

Define clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and product narratives that translate into compelling communication

Own end-to-end go-to-market for feature and product launches, including launch plans, briefs, and post-launch evaluations

Run offer-led programs including discounts, referrals, incentives, and targeted rewards tailored to specific user cohorts

Partner with Product and Analytics teams to define cohorts, map user journeys, and optimize retention strategies

Monitor performance metrics (activation, engagement, retention, churn, LTV) and iterate based on data insights

Act as the voice of the user within marketing<>product discussions

What we are looking for:

Graduate from IITs, NITs or other top tier engineering schools with a flair towards consumer behaviors and marketing

24 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing at consumer app based companies familiarity of CLM tools (MoEngage) and discounting strategies is preferred

Strong analytical and cohort-thinking ability with experience in segmentation, behavioral analysis, and retention metrics

Proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns

Experience running A/B tests, experiments, and iterative optimization programs

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to work with Product, Analytics, Business and Brand teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling product messaging

Comfortable with ambiguity and bringing clarity and structure to complex problems
