About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and real-world customer value. You will own product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation for AI-driven solutions.

This role requires someone who understands both technology (AI/ML concepts) and business impact, and can translate that into compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Marketing & Positioning

Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for AI products (e.g., GenAI, ML platforms, automation tools)

Simplify complex AI/ML concepts into business-friendly messaging

Create high-impact content: product decks, whitepapers, case studies, website copy

2. Product Strategy & GTM (Go-To-Market)

Own and execute GTM strategy for AI product launches and feature releases

Conduct market research: competitors, AI trends, customer use cases

Identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, and key industry segments

3. Product Sales & Revenue Enablement

Partner closely with sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth

Build sales enablement tools: pitch decks, demo scripts, battle cards

Support enterprise deals by articulating AI value propositions to clients

4. Lead Generation & Demand Generation

Drive end-to-end campaigns for pipeline generation (digital, webinars, events, partnerships)

Work with performance marketing teams to optimize lead funnels

Measure and improve conversion metrics across the customer journey

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams

Provide feedback from market and customers to influence product roadmap

Align messaging across all customer touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in Product Marketing / Growth / Product Sales in SaaS or AI-based companies

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (GenAI, NLP, automation, data platforms)

Experience in GTM strategy, product launches, and demand generation

Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams

Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing Data/AI/ML platforms, SaaS products, or Business solutions

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools

MBA or equivalent business/technical background

Prior experience in revenue & growth
