Role OverviewWe are seeking a sharp, analytical, and creative Product Marketing Intern to support GTM plans, user acquisition strategies, and product adoption efforts. You will work directly with the product, growth, and founder's office teams to help position features, analyse user behaviour, and craft compelling narratives that drive engagement on both the client and worker sides of the platform.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Positioning & GTM Support- Assist in crafting positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new features and product flows.
- Support go-to-market execution for feature launches, pricing updates, referral programs, and new category rollouts.
2. User & Market Research- Conduct research on user behaviour (clients + gig workers), competition, and local market trends.
- Compile insights into structured reports that support product decisions and marketing experiments.
3. Performance & Growth Support- Collect and analyse campaign performance data across channels.
- Assist in building funnels for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and conversion.
- Work with the team to identify drop-off points and propose actionable improvements.
4. Content & Communication- Draft clear product communication: feature highlights, walkthroughs, release notes, in-app messages, and push notifications.
- Support social media content around product features and user benefits.
5. Cross-Functional Execution- Collaborate with design, tech, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Track product metrics, user feedback, and campaign outcomes to recommend further enhancements.
Requirements- Strong interest in product strategy, user behaviour, and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a refined and professional tone.
- Basic understanding of user journeys, funnels, and consumer tech products.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Notion, Figma, or Google Analytics is a plus.
