Product Intern (Tech & Growth) - At Stay

Location:CR Park, GK, Delhi

Working Hours:10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5.5 Days a Week)

Internship Duration:6 Months

Stipend:5,000 - 8,000 per month

We are building At Stay, a unique and ambitious offering in the travel and tourism space, heavily relying on a robust technological platform. This is a chance to join a fast-paced environment where you will sit at the intersection ofbusiness, technology, and user experience. We are looking for atech-savvy, ambitious, and driven Product Internready to contribute directly to the development and scaling of our core platform.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Impact (KRA)

The Product Intern will be a crucial link between the business vision and the technical reality, focusing on platform development and adoption:

  • Product Development & Technical Bridge:
  • Directly assist the Founder and Tech Team in defining user stories, wireframing, and prioritizing theAt Stay web platform roadmap.
  • Provide essential technical input into feature design, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and an optimal user experience (UX).
  • Act as the voice of the business to the engineering team and vice-versa, translating requirements effectively.
  • Web Development & Understanding:
  • Apply a foundational understanding ofweb development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript or a framework like React/Node)to evaluate proposed features and contribute to front-end conceptualization.
  • Assist inbasic testing, debugging, and quality assurance (QA) to ensure releases are seamless.
  • Property Onboarding & Data Integration:
  • Execute collaboration strategies to acquire properties, but with a focus on streamlining thedigital integrationprocess onto the platform.
  • Work on definingAPIs/data fieldsrequired for smooth property data ingestion and presentation.
  • Industry Analysis & Competitive Tech Benchmarking:
  • Analyze competitor features and tech stacks in the travel-tech industry to inform our competitive positioning and technical strategy.
  • Growth & Analytics:
  • Work with the team to set up and trackkey product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, feature usage)using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Translate data into actionable product improvements.
  • Learning & Adaptability:
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies required to move the product forward.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who combines strategic business acumen with a foundational technical grip:

  • Builder's Hunger & Product Ownership:A deep desire to build a unique product and take ownership of critical features from concept to launch.
  • Technical Foundation:A demonstrable understanding ofweb technology and the product development lifecycle. Basic knowledge of coding (even side projects) is a significant plus.
  • Passion for Travel & Tech:An intrinsic understanding of traveler needs combined with an excitement for using technology to solve hospitality problems.
  • Emerging Leadership:A self-starter who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Educational Background:Fresh out of college or currently pursuing a degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields with a strong technical focus preferred).
  • Availability:Must be anImmediate Joinercapable of starting right away and committing to the full 6-month internship.
