Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Marketing and Business Development Manager with a focus on Footwear for D2C and D2B markets. The primary responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing strategic business plans, managing accounts, driving sales initiatives, and overseeing product management for the brand. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring product positioning aligns with both market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
1. Marketing Strategy
Create end-to-end marketing strategies for your footwear products
Plan product launches, seasonal campaigns & promotions
Decide pricing, offers & positioning for different platforms
2. Social Media Marketing
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn content strategy
Coordinate posts, reels, influencer tie-ups
Run and optimize paid ads (optional but preferred)
3. E-commerce Management
List products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords & images
Manage pricing, offers, inventory coordination
4. Sales & Client Interaction (B2B Focus)
Create sales pitches & sourcing decks
Talk to potential buyers, retailers & brands
Handle inbound queries for bulk orders & sourcing
Follow up, negotiate & close deals
