Hiring: Product Manager – Enterprise Managed Services (OEM-led)

Pune | 8–12 yrs | 35–38 LPA

We're looking for a Product Manager to build and scale enterprise managed services across cloud, infrastructure, security (SOC), and workplace platforms.

• Own managed services portfolio (3rd-party / OEM platforms)
• Define service tiers & drive automation/AIOps roadmaps
• Manage tool ecosystem (ITSM, monitoring, security, observability)
• Drive pricing, P&L, and margin improvement
• Enable GTM with service catalogs, SLAs & value propositions
• Track KPIs: SLA, MTTR, CSAT, renewals

• 8–12 yrs in Managed Services / IT Ops
• Strong in ITIL, SLAs, service economics
• Experience with AIOps, ITSM, SOC, monitoring tools
• Ability to productise services

Full-time degree (BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/ME/MTech/MS only)
