Data and Document Automation is an omnichannel mortgage automation solution that automates key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers. We are looking for a motivated team member to work on the platform to help lenders accelerate their loan operations.
At ICE, Product Manager plays a critical role in realizing the product vision. The ideal candidate is customer focused, self-starter, independent, enthusiastic, strong team player and business outcome oriented.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and analysis in close collaboration with stakeholders, Engineering, QA, UX, and customers.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure requirements align with strategic business goals while balancing compliance, security, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate business objectives, technical implications, and solution impacts effectively to crossfunctional teams prior to design and development.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremoniesincluding daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesto drive delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support effective iteration planning and roadmap execution.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver highquality, customercentric solutions.
- Support Sales, Client Management, and Technical Support teams by providing product expertise and assisting with escalations when needed.
Knowledge And Experience
- 5+ years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or a related technical field preferred. Candidates with strong blended businesstechnical backgrounds and demonstrated data or CS proficiency will also be considered.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with proven experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows, and wireframes.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to decompose ambiguous concepts into structured, welldefined business and technical requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and communication channels in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency with structured data formats and integration technologies, including JSON, XML, APIs, and common request/response patterns.
- Ability to understand, document, and communicate technical workflows such as system integration patterns, eventdriven architectures, data pipelines, business events, and API endpoint behavior.
- Mortgage or financial services industry experience preferred.
Preferred Knowledge And Experience
- Preferred AI/ML Experience
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application to document automation, data extraction, classification, and predictive decisioning.
- Ability to define product requirements and business logic that leverage AI/ML models to enhance data accuracy, enrich metadata, improve workflow intelligence, and reduce manual operational effort.
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to define training data needs, evaluate model performance, and implement iterative feedback loops.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model interpretability, bias mitigation, and quality/accuracy metrics required for productiongrade AI systems.
