About Wishlink

Wishlink is a well-funded startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalised shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investors

We're 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a Series B round of $17.5M.

What Would You be Doing

  • Build AI-led product charters: Build forward product streams that shape how brands run influencer campaigns on Wishlink — AI-powered creator discovery, autonomous campaign execution, AI-led content performance intelligence, and AI-led content strategy.
  • Ship the next-gen creator discovery engine: Define how brands search, filter, and rank thousands of creators to find the right fit for any campaign. Own the AI quality bar and the end-to-end brand experience.
  • Build Autonomous Campaign Execution: Design AI-led workflows that handle the heavy lifting of brand-creator coordination — outreach, negotiation, and pricing — end-to-end, with the right manual override points for the brand.
  • Streamline brand content review: Own the workflows that let brands sign off on creator scripts and drafts at scale — turning today's manual back-and-forth into a clean, in-product experience.
  • Close the brand campaign loop: Own how brand-side content strategy connects to campaign tracking and post-campaign learnings — so each campaign sharpens the next and brands see clear ROI on Wishlink.
  • Run discovery with brands & internal teams: Run discovery with brands and internal stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics. Translate insights into clear product specs, partner with engineering on architecture, and ship to outcomes — measured on brand adoption, AI quality, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, design, data, operations, and the founding team to align on the biggest bets and deliver a coherent experience for brands on Wishlink.

What are We Looking For

  • Product Expertise: 3+ years of PM experience with at least 1+ year actively shipping AI-led products — LLM-powered features, AI-led workflows, recommendation or ranking systems, or other AI-driven decision systems.
  • Strong PM Fundamentals: Customer discovery, sharp product specs, prioritization, stakeholder management, and shipping on cadence. Comfortable owning multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Analytical Depth: Data-driven by default. Can write SQL or query datasets to validate assumptions, size opportunities, and measure outcomes.
  • B2B / Brand Product Instinct: Experience building for brands, advertisers, or other business buyers is a strong plus — you understand how performance, attribution, and ROI drive their decisions.
  • First-Principles Thinking: Comfortable scoping problems from scratch when there's no established playbook. Several Influence OS bets are 10x — they need clarity, not template-following.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align engineering, design, data, and business teams on ambitious AI bets — and ship them.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Comfortable designing, running, and iterating on experiments to test hypotheses and deliver measurable results.
  • Startup Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the agility to shift focus and priorities when needed. Bonus: prior exposure to creator economy, influencer marketing, or D2C / e-commerce.
