DishTV believes in delivering premium entertainment through cutting-edge technology and innovative features through it's various services and platforms –DTH, OTT platform –Vzy and SmartTV as retail offering –Vzy TV.
Vzy is building Enterprise Technology Platform, an integrated digital entertainment and connectivity platform combining Google/Android TV, Linear TV, OTT and Wi-Fi. As part of its enterprise expansion for hotels, serviced apartments, co-living , residential and other Enterprise businesses that will bring together Smart TV, OTT, Linear TV, Wi-Fi, Guest Experience, Hotel Services, PMS integrations, Casting and centralized Hotel CMS into a single solution for Enterprise customers.
We are looking for a Product Manager – Enterprise Platform to lead the product definition and development of this new business.
About the Role
The Product Manager will own the product vision, scope, roadmap and user experience for VZY's Enterprise Solution
The role will be the primary product SPOC between Vzy, hotel customers, PMS providers, technology partners and third-party Enterprise solution providers.
The individual will translate Enterprise business requirements into a scalable technology solution and will work closely with engineering, UX, cloud, business and external technology partners to take the solution from concept → product definition → integration → pilot → commercial deployment.
This is a 0-to-1 product-building role and requires a combination of strong product management skills, Enterprise domain expertise and technical understanding of APIs, PMS integrations, cloud platforms, Smart TV/OTT and Enterprise middleware.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for VZY Enterprise.
- Define the overall product architecture and scope.
- Determine which capabilities should be built by VZY, integrated through partners or sourced from third-party solution providers.
- Define the product's differentiation and value proposition for hotels and hotel chains.
- Translate customer and market requirements into detailed product requirements.
- Define PRDs, Functional, technical and integration requirements
- Define End-to-End Guest Journeys
- Work with engineering and architecture teams to ensure product requirements are technically feasible and scalable.
- Define and manage the scope of the Hotel CMS / Hotel Admin Portal.
- Manage Third-Party Technology Partners from identification and evaluation of potential technology partners, Ensure partner solutions meet VZY product requirements
- API & Technology Understanding
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 9–10 years of overall experience in Product Management / Product Development.
- Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise technology products.
- Significant experience in Enterprise technology, connected TV, OTT, IPTV, PMS or SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in building and launching products, preferably in a 0-to-1 environment.
Preferred Product / Domain Experience
Experience with products or ecosystems such as:
- Enterprise IPTV
- Guest Room Entertainment
- Hotel PMS
- Hotel CRM / Guest Experience platforms
- Enterprise SaaS
- Smart TV / OTT platforms
Candidates who have actually built or managed products/platforms in these ecosystems will be preferred over candidates whose experience is limited to implementation or sales.
