ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
- To manage the Two-Wheeler Business Portfolio & Third-Party Products
- To oversee digitization of services and ensure paper less service is provided to end user.
- Drive innovation in Product design, delivery and business model to ensure higher growth achievement on month on month.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Business/ Financials
- Drive towards Business budget for Two-Wheeler Loans and its Payments
- Managing end-to-end product life-cycle of Two-Wheeler products
- Drive Product adoption, business & collection through designing and running Variable Pay and R&R programs
- Drive the launch of new products within the vertical
Loan Origination System
- Managing the current LOS along with continuous changes based on market feedback & regulatory guidelines
- Managing the requirements of BRD, FSD and sign off for the same
Third Party Products & vendors
- Managing Fees revenue and claim settlement/payout for Third Party Products & external vendors
Payments
- Overseeing adoption of payment avenues & digital channels usage among the customer segment
Alternate Channels of Business
- Other channels of business-like existing channels, Phone Banking, Digital Banking and should be approx. 7% of the business done in the FY
- Focus on driving e2W & e3W business which should be at least 2-3% of the total business portfolio. Marketing channel to be used for brand building for the product.
Customer (Both Internal & External)
- Managing customer sourcing, retention and engagement for Loan and TPP products
- Overseeing the productivity chart and preparing variable scheme to drive productivity
- Bringing Product Innovation in Loans, TPP and Payments to ensure product-market fit
- Managing OEM, vendors on a recurring basis for managing the book sizes
- Managing the institutional sales through various institutes and make best use of other verticals of the Bank
- Monitoring customer satisfaction index in collaboration with Service Quality team & continuous enhancements for improved customer experience
Internal Process
- Responsible for managing and implementing regulatory guidelines for the department
- Working with cross-functional team to ensure effective working of delivery systems & processes for Loans, TPP & Payments avenues
- Loan Digitization and Business Re-Engineering
- Bringing efficiencies in existing field & backend processes
- Innovating delivery mechanisms to enable customers to avail loans in self-service/contactless modes
- Enhancing productivity of the sales staff by moving transactional activities to self-service payments channels
- Working with cross-functions to manage Operations, Operations Risk & Compliance to mitigate risks in design and delivery of various Products under the gambit of Two Wheeler Loans
- Coordinating with internal and external Audit teams for branch and process audits. Work on addressing process gaps
- Managing regulatory and investor Reporting
- Innovation & Learning
- Proactively manage customer expectations and changing industry landscape through competitive intelligence & market researches
- Partnering with HR to ensure right onboarding of new employees, training and up-skilling of teams
- Engaging with Digital marketing for creating an avenue for business
