Product Manager – Travel

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop, manage, and optimize domestic and international travel products, including holidays, flights, hotels, cruises, and visas. The role focuses on driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and building strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage travel products and holiday packages.

Negotiate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Manage product pricing, profitability, and promotions.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.

Analyze product performance and implement improvements.

Ensure accurate product information and seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel industry.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of travel products, supplier management, pricing strategies, and booking platforms.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM or travel technology is a plus.
